About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the go-to expert when a building’s security and smart systems just have to work? As our new ELV Technician (Low Voltage & Networks Technician), you’ll play a crucial role in keeping homes and businesses in Abu Dhabi safe, connected, and running smoothly. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and take pride in a job done right, this position in Mussafah (M37) might be your next move — especially if you’re looking to grow your skills in a tech-forward environment.
About the Company
We’re a tight-knit team based in Abu Dhabi, passionate about making life easier (and safer) for our clients through smart technology. Our projects range from modern office towers to innovative smart homes. While we take our work seriously, we know the best solutions often come from open collaboration and shared learning — so you’ll always find someone ready to lend a hand, swap troubleshooting stories, or share a laugh over lunch. Fridays? Those are for sharing wins and swapping tips from the week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, ensuring every camera is perfectly placed and every feed crystal clear.
- Programming and servicing time attendance, access control, and intercom systems — you’ll be the reason doors open when they should (and stay shut when they shouldn’t).
- Diagnosing faults and performing repairs or replacements on a variety of low voltage equipment — from a faulty sensor to a whole network upgrade.
- Setting up and maintaining smart home networks, making sure devices talk to each other (and to residents) seamlessly.
- Carrying out regular maintenance visits, keeping systems healthy and clients happy.
- Working closely with clients and teammates to solve technical challenges — sometimes on the fly, always with professionalism.
- Updating documentation and reporting on work completed, so the next person always knows where things stand.
