We are urgently seeking talented individuals for the following positions:

• Planner Engineer
• Mechanical Engineers (2 positions)
• Electrical Engineers (3 positions, ADCC certified)
• Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Planner Engineer

• Develop comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software
• Track progress against key milestones, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure adherence to timelines
• Generate detailed reports and present progress updates to management and stakeholders

Mechanical Engineers

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems in large-scale construction projects
• Conduct technical evaluations and ensure compliance with local and international standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with design teams to review plans and specifications for accuracy

Electrical Engineers (ADCC Certified)

• Supervise and execute electrical installation works according to ADCC and UAE regulations
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and compliance reports as required
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to secure necessary approvals
• Ensure all electrical systems function efficiently and safely throughout the project lifecycle

Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Measure and value construction work, ensuring accuracy and accountability
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with financial targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience within the UAE construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Quantity Surveying, as applicable
• Immediate availability to join is essential due to project urgency
• For Electrical Engineer roles: Valid ADCC certification is mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and construction standards
• Proficiency in project management tools, engineering software, and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage
• Proven track record of delivering quality work on schedule
