About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever considered what it’s like to help shape Abu Dhabi’s ever-evolving skyline — or ensure its most ambitious projects run smoothly from blueprint to build? We’re on the lookout for passionate Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers who are ready to dig into meaningful work, collaborate with a strong team, and make an impact right away. If you have hands-on experience in the UAE and are itching to jump in without delay, we want to chat.
About the Company
Nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s fast-paced engineering scene, our company takes pride not just in the projects we deliver, but in the community we’ve created. Here, Friday brainstorming sessions might just run over lunch — everyone’s ideas get airtime, whether you’re new or a seasoned pro. We’re in a growth phase, which means every day brings learning, shared wins, and the occasional (friendly) debate about who has the best site stories. Innovation’s important to us, but so is laughter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with a close-knit team to plan, execute, and supervise engineering projects in civil, electrical, or mechanical domains depending on your specialty
- Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and suppliers — translating technical speak into plain English (and vice versa)
- Conducting site visits around Abu Dhabi (driving license helps!) to ensure work is up to spec and timelines stay realistic
- Troubleshooting unexpected site issues in real time — improvisation sometimes required!
- Keeping project documentation detailed and clear for both reporting and learning purposes
- For the Sales Engineer role: building and nurturing client relationships, attending customer meetings, and supporting technical pitches to drive business growth
- Jumping into new tasks as they arise; everyone wears a few hats here, and no two days look quite alike
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- Previous hands-on engineering experience in the UAE — you know the ropes here
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; you’re comfortable in meetings and on-site alike
- Able to join immediately, or with very short notice (flexibility is a plus!)
- Team player with a genuine interest in collaboration, regardless of gender
- Nice-to-Haves:
- A valid UAE driving license (especially valuable if you’re interested in the Sales Engineer side)
- Experience liaising directly with clients or customers
- Adaptability in fast-changing or multi-disciplinary environments
Not sure if you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
