What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering interactive, learner-centered lessons in both English and Arabic for adults and young learners
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages students to take risks and speak up—mistakes are learning opportunities here
- Assessing student progress through thoughtful feedback, quizzes, and hands-on activities
- Adapting teaching approaches to fit different learning styles, goals, and cultural backgrounds
- Contributing to curriculum development with creative lesson plans, new resources, and fresh ideas
- Collaborating with colleagues to organize workshops, language clubs, and cultural exchange events
- Maintaining clear communication with students and, when appropriate, their families about achievements and areas for growth
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions—because we believe teachers are always learning too
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in languages, education, or a related field
- Proven experience teaching English and Arabic, ideally to diverse age groups
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A learner-focused mindset and a genuine love for teaching
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to new challenges in a multicultural setting
Nice-to-Haves:
- Teaching certification (such as CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent)
- Experience with educational technology and blended learning environments
- Previous work in the UAE or similar contexts
- Creative flair—whether it’s storytelling, games, or multimedia lessons
