What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged.
- Planning and leading age-appropriate lessons and activities that inspire creativity, curiosity, and growth.
- Observing and documenting children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and the team.
- Managing classroom routines—think group time, play, snack breaks—with a calm, positive approach.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers to develop engaging curriculum and share best practices.
- Communicating regularly with parents, providing updates and celebrating milestones together.
- Ensuring that all classroom materials and environments meet health and safety standards.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience teaching or assisting in a nursery or early childhood setting.
- Availability for face-to-face interviews in Dubai and ability to reside in the UAE.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and helping them thrive.
- Strong communication skills—both with kids and adults.
- Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor (because every day is an adventure!).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Early childhood education qualification or teaching certification.
