About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you passionate about sparking curiosity in little minds and guiding children through their earliest learning adventures? We’re looking for a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our nursery schools in Barsha, Dubai. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to shape the building blocks of lifelong learning, foster creativity, and help each child feel safe and seen. If you believe every day is a chance to make a difference (with a few finger-paint masterpieces along the way), you might be just who we’re looking for.

About the Company

Our nursery schools in Barsha aren’t your average classrooms—they’re lively, welcoming places where laughter echoes down the halls and each child’s unique personality is celebrated. We believe that early education is about more than just ABCs and 123s; it’s about nurturing confidence, kindness, and a lifelong love of discovery. Teachers here collaborate closely, share ideas, and support one another—Friday story circles and birthday celebrations are kind of a big deal. We’re growing, but our commitment to a caring, community-driven environment remains the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged.
  • Planning and leading age-appropriate lessons and activities that inspire creativity, curiosity, and growth.
  • Observing and documenting children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and the team.
  • Managing classroom routines—think group time, play, snack breaks—with a calm, positive approach.
  • Collaborating with fellow teachers to develop engaging curriculum and share best practices.
  • Communicating regularly with parents, providing updates and celebrating milestones together.
  • Ensuring that all classroom materials and environments meet health and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience teaching or assisting in a nursery or early childhood setting.
  • Availability for face-to-face interviews in Dubai and ability to reside in the UAE.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and helping them thrive.
  • Strong communication skills—both with kids and adults.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor (because every day is an adventure!).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Early childhood education qualification or teaching certification.
  • Familiarity with current best practices in early years education.
  • Multilingual abilities or experience in an international classroom.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary of AED 6,000 per month.
  • Two-year visa provided for peace of mind and stability.
  • Diverse, inclusive team—open to all nationalities and genders.
  • Supportive leadership and a collaborative, friendly staff community.
  • Opportunity to make a real impact in children’s lives, every single day.
  • Additional policies and benefits will be shared and discussed during your interview.

We strive to create a workplace where teachers feel supported, respected, and inspired—because happy teachers make for happy classrooms. If you’re ready to join a team that values growth, creativity, and community, we can’t wait to meet you.
