About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wonder what it's like to be the calm at the center of a fast-paced executive team? As our Executive Administrative Assistant in Dubai, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps things running like clockwork — whether that means finding a last-minute hotel for a cross-continental flight or coordinating a high-stakes meeting that brings everyone to the table. If you love blending organization with a people-first touch, this role offers a front-row seat to decision-making at a truly pivotal time for our company.

About the Company

We’re not your typical corporate machine. Our Dubai office feels more like a tight-knit crew than a cubicle farm — think daily momentum, easy laughter between deadlines, and a team that genuinely values working and winning together. Here, you’ll find leaders who believe in open doors, diverse thoughts, and celebrating milestones big and small (our potluck lunches are legendary for a reason). We’re growing, and that means fresh challenges and opportunities around every corner, perfect for someone ready to put their stamp on how things are done.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests and visitors with warmth, ensuring their first impression sets a positive tone
  • Managing executive calendars, juggling priorities and anticipating needs before they arise
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation — think multi-leg itineraries and surprising logistical puzzles
  • Handling incoming emails and phone calls, screening and directing communication with a professional touch
  • Preparing, proofreading, and sometimes drafting confidential documents and reports
  • Arranging and supporting internal and external meetings, occasionally stepping in to take notes or arrange follow-ups
  • Keeping a watchful eye on supplies, equipment, and general office organization — yes, even the coffee situation!
  • Discreetly handling sensitive information, protecting privacy with a practiced sense of integrity

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role (extra points for multinational exposure)
  • Impeccable organization skills and a knack for time management — you actually like color-coding calendars
  • Professional demeanor and polished communication, both written and spoken (English required; Arabic is a bonus)
  • Comfortable with confidentiality, able to manage sensitive topics without missing a beat
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based scheduling or travel tools

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience supporting C-level or senior executives
  • Familiarity with Dubai business culture and protocol
  • Flexibility to occasionally support early morning or late evening meetings due to international time zones

Not sure you meet every single requirement? If you’re passionate and eager to learn, we’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive health coverage (because your well-being is key)
  • Centrally located office with great amenities and easy transit access
  • Dynamic, multicultural team that values your individuality and celebrates your wins
  • Hybrid work options available after the initial onboarding period — we believe in smart flexibility
  • Real room to grow: regular feedback, internal mobility, and personal development plans
  • Team breakfasts, annual retreats, and spontaneous after-work gatherings (good food is basically part of our brand)

You won’t just be supporting executives — you’ll become a linchpin for a community that genuinely thrives on trust, energy, and a sense of shared purpose. Come help us build something great, right in the heart of Dubai.

  • Tell us about a time you had to manage a stressful situation — maybe a double-booked meeting, delayed travel, or an unexpected office issue. How did you handle it and what was the outcome?
  • Our team sometimes has meetings outside regular office hours due to global time zones. How do you manage your own work-life balance while providing this level of flexibility?

  • Looking ahead, what excites you most about being the linchpin in a growing team at the heart of Dubai?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis
