What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and assembling wood-based furniture pieces according to detailed specifications
- Interpreting design plans and measurements to deliver flawless results
- Operating saws, drills, sanders, and other essential carpentry tools with a keen eye on safety
- Performing finishing touches—sanding, varnishing, and adjusting for fit and quality
- Solving day-to-day challenges in the workshop, whether that’s fixing a stubborn joint or helping a colleague perfect their approach
- Keeping the work area tidy and tools maintained to ensure a smooth operation
- Communicating with team members and supervisors for clear project updates and priorities
- Willing to lend a hand wherever needed—because, here, we get things done together
What You’ll Bring
