What You’ll Be Doing
- Transform architectural plans and creative sketches into beautifully crafted furniture and built-in features.
- Work hands-on with high-quality materials, tools, and finishes to meet exacting standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and fellow carpenters to deliver projects on time (and sometimes under tight deadlines).
- Install and assemble custom furnishings on-site — think wardrobes, wall paneling, partitions, and more.
- Keep a keen eye on detail, ensuring every join, hinge, and surface is finished to perfection.
- Help keep the workshop running smoothly, maintaining tools and materials as part of the team.
- Suggest creative solutions and improvements based on your practical experience.
