About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for a change of pace, or maybe just a company that appreciates your skills? We’re seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Dubai. If you’re someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys solving problems, and values steady, reliable work, this might just be the next step for you. In a city that never seems to slow down, high-quality plumbing work is always in demand — and we’re ready to welcome someone who shares our commitment to getting the job done right.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit crew of professionals who believe in treating clients (and each other) with respect. Our team takes on a range of projects, from residential repairs to larger commercial installations, and we’re known for showing up on time and delivering what we promise. Fridays often end with a quick team chat and a good laugh — because we think work should feel rewarding. We’ve grown steadily thanks to word-of-mouth and loyal customers, so you’ll be joining a stable, supportive environment where your experience is valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of plumbing systems in homes and businesses across Dubai.
  • Diagnosing plumbing issues with a sharp eye and providing clear, practical solutions to clients.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Communicating openly with clients about their options, costs, and timelines — no jargon, just honesty.
  • Keeping your work area organized and tidy, respecting each property as if it were your own.
  • Collaborating with other team members when projects overlap or deadlines get tight (it happens!).
  • Following all safety regulations and best practices to keep yourself and others protected.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience as a plumber, ideally with work history in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Familiarity with local plumbing codes and standards.
  • Ability to use a range of plumbing tools and equipment confidently.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills — you don’t just fix, you figure out why things went wrong.
  • Good communication skills (basic English is helpful for team and client interactions).
  • Commitment to punctuality and reliability.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Experience with both residential and commercial projects.
  • A knack for putting nervous clients at ease.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay: 1500–1800 AED/month, based on experience.
  • Overtime opportunities for those who want to earn a bit extra.
  • Friendly, supportive team that values honest work and mutual respect.
  • Tools and uniforms provided — we’ve got you covered.
  • Consistent, full-time schedule (no last-minute surprises).
  • Opportunities to learn new skills or take on bigger projects if you’re interested.
  • Work with a company that’s built its reputation on trust and quality, not cutting corners.

We know the work can be tough, but we also believe it should feel worthwhile. If you’re ready to join a team where your effort is noticed and your skills are appreciated, we can’t wait to meet you.
