About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the right hand behind a busy executive’s day? As a Female Personal Assistant in vibrant Dubai Barsha, you’ll become the go-to person, making sure everything — from boardroom meetings to daily details — runs like clockwork. This is more than just managing diaries; it’s about keeping the pace in a fast-moving environment and doing it with confidence and style. If you thrive when every day looks a little different and pride yourself on staying one step ahead, you might just be the person we’re looking for.

About the Company

Our office is a lively, upbeat space tucked in the heart of Dubai Barsha, where professionalism meets a dash of personality. We value people who take initiative — quick thinkers who see what needs doing and jump right in. There’s plenty of camaraderie here (yes, team lunch runs are a real thing), and we believe that supporting each other brings out everyone’s best. Growth is in our DNA, and we welcome fresh perspectives and new ideas, no matter your role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing complicated calendars — coordinating appointments and making last-minute adjustments when needed.
  • Arranging meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring all the details are handled before anyone sets foot in the room.
  • Responding to daily emails and phone calls, often acting as a friendly first point of contact.
  • Booking travel: flights, accommodations, and sometimes, a restaurant or two for those out-of-town meetings.
  • Supporting with personal tasks — anything from running quick errands to organizing special events.
  • Maintaining files and keeping important documents at your fingertips (because you know where everything is, always).
  • Acting as an extra set of eyes and ears for both professional and personal matters.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills — you’re the sort who never loses track of a to-do list.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; clear, concise communicator.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office, email, and phone etiquette.
  • Positive, proactive attitude — you spot what needs doing (often before anyone else does).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Dubai (Barsha area especially — you’ll know the shortcuts!).
  • Additional language skills.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary with room for review as we grow.
  • A close-knit, supportive team who genuinely care about your success.
  • Office in the lively Barsha neighborhood — shops, cafés, and the metro all close by.
  • Real opportunities for career progression; if you’re ambitious, we’re behind you all the way.
  • Occasional flexibility with hours where possible.
  • Team outings, shared wins, and plenty of day-to-day laughter.

Here, you won’t be just another assistant — you’ll be a trusted, valued part of the team, making a difference every single day.
