What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet clients with a warm welcome (and a real smile — you’ll set the mood for their whole visit!)
- Schedule appointments efficiently, making sure our stylists and technicians run on time
- Answer phone and WhatsApp queries promptly, turning calls into bookings
- Help clients check in and out, handling payments and keeping small talk friendly
- Keep our reception area tidy, stocked, and inviting
- Work alongside the team to make sure everyone feels taken care of — guests and colleagues alike
