About the Company
Dahab Perfumes isn’t your average fragrance company—we believe in making every scent a story. Our tight-knit team is passionate about delivering not just products, but memorable experiences, whether that's through helping a customer find their new signature fragrance or launching an online promotion. From team brainstorming sessions over strong Arabic coffee to swapping scent samples on slow afternoons, we keep things authentic, friendly, and fun. We’re growing in the region and, as we expand, want someone ready to grow with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging new and existing customers to introduce and sell Dahab perfumes both online (via social media or chat) and in person at events or kiosks.
- Creating posts, short videos, or stories on platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and Snapchat to showcase our latest products and offers.
- Following up with online inquiries, answering questions, and recommending fragrances based on customer preferences.
- Coordinating small in-person promotional events or home visits (within Ajman - Al Al Mwaihat) to let customers experience scents first-hand.
- Maintaining a cheerful, respectful rapport with everyone—think of yourself as an ambassador for kindness as much as for perfume!
- Keeping basic sales records—nothing fancy, just so we know how things are going and can celebrate your successes together.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Friendly, energetic vibe and the comfort to interact with a diverse set of customers (online and off)
- Well-groomed and presentable, with good spoken Arabic (English is a plus)
- Residing in Ajman - Al Al Mwaihat, or nearby, for easy access to customers and events
- A genuine interest in sales and customer happiness
- Tactfulness and a knack for smoothing over tricky situations if ever they arise
Nice-to-Haves:
- Social media savvy—maybe you’ve created a viral story or two, or you just love chatting on WhatsApp
- Previous experience with retail or perfume sales
- Confidence in talking about fragrances and helping customers choose
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)
- Simple fixed salary, plus a motivating commission on every sale you close
- Flexible working hours—great for students, moms, or anyone preferring a less traditional schedule
- Relaxed dress code (and you’ll probably add a few new scents to your personal collection!)
- Plenty of room to grow as we expand our sales and events in Ajman
- Supportive, close-knit team—you’ll have backup when you need it, and space when you don’t
At Dahab, your individuality matters almost as much as your sales numbers. If you love people, enjoy sharing good things, and have a positive, proactive spirit, you’ll fit right in here.
