What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpreting detailed design drawings before getting hands-on with material selection.
- Installing doors, cabinets, wardrobes, skirting boards, and decorative trims with a sharp focus on alignment and seamless finish.
- Laying wooden flooring and ensuring transitions and joints are flawless.
- Double-checking measurements (because “close enough” is never our standard).
- Collaborating with site engineers and other trades to keep the workflow smooth and solve surprises as they crop up.
- Keeping workspaces neat and core tools well-maintained — safety and efficiency matter here.
- Occasionally mentoring junior carpenters or sharing tips on unique finishing challenges.

- Proven experience as a finishing carpenter on busy construction sites.
- Solid ability to install all manner of doors, cabinets, wardrobes, wooden flooring, and decorative woodwork.
