What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing wooden surfaces with expert care—sanding, filling, and priming, ensuring every grain is ready for its closeup
- Mixing, matching, and applying paints, stains, and finishes to achieve exactly the right look for each piece
- Experimenting, blending, and adjusting shades and textures to meet client requests and creative briefs
- Applying finishes evenly and precisely—whether matte, high-gloss, or somewhere in between—for flawless results
- Inspecting each piece as if it were destined for your own living room, guaranteeing smooth and clean finishes
- Keeping brushes, sprayers, and the rest of your gear in top shape, and helping keep the workshop tidy and orderly
- Occasionally pitching in with the team for tricky installs or brainstorms on custom projects
