What You’ll Be Doing

  • Measuring, cutting, and installing gypsum boards for walls, ceilings, and partitions in various settings.
  • Reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications — clarity is key, but don’t worry, our team will show you the ropes.
  • Handling tools and materials safely, ensuring each cut and fit is precise.
  • Collaborating with electricians, painters, and other tradespeople to keep the workflow smooth.
  • Inspecting completed work for quality and making adjustments where needed — we take pride in getting the details right.
  • Keeping your workspace tidy and following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Occasionally troubleshooting and suggesting solutions on-site — your experience and ideas matter here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience as a gypsum board fitter or similar role (the more, the better — but we appreciate a quick learner too)
  • Currently residing in the UAE, with valid Emirates ID
  • Ability to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer
  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
  • Good communication skills and a team-player attitude

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in Abu Dhabi or similar environments
