What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing, priming, and painting a variety of surfaces—including wood, metal, and concrete—for both interior and exterior projects
- Applying epoxy, wood, and specialty paints with expert technique to ensure long-lasting, high-quality results
- Mixing and matching colors, adjusting finishes, and advising on the best products for each job
- Sanding, filling, and repairing surfaces to perfection before painting begins
- Keeping detailed records of materials used and progress on each project
- Maintaining tools and workspaces, ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times
- Collaborating with teammates to solve tricky paint challenges and meet tight deadlines
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience as a painting technician, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Deep familiarity with epoxy and wood paints, including their preparation and application
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, project plans, and safety guidelines
- A valid UAE residence permit that can be loaned (required for employment)
- Reliability, a keen eye for detail, and the initiative to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with decorative finishes, stenciling, or custom paintwork
- Basic communication in English or Arabic to coordinate with colleagues and clients
- Previous work on large-scale projects or in a supervisory capacity
