Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy buses on assigned routes, ensuring the timely and secure transport of passengers.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues, ensuring the bus remains in optimal working condition.
• Assist passengers as needed, providing courteous and helpful service, especially for individuals with special requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and passenger counts as per company protocols.
• Participate in regular safety briefings and attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on best driving practices.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to accommodate schedule changes, route adjustments, or emergency situations.

Requirements

• Valid UAE heavy bus driving license (or equivalent, with eligibility for conversion).
• Proven experience operating heavy buses or similar large vehicles in urban and intercity settings.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s roadways and local traffic laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Physical fitness and stamina to manage long hours behind the wheel.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the past three years.
• Possession of all necessary documentation, including residency/visa status (if applicable), educational certificates, and references.
