What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating daily operations to ensure everything from housekeeping to front desk runs smoothly
  • Monitoring staff workflow across multiple departments and lending a hand where needed
  • Supporting and guiding team members to meet service standards, especially during peak periods
  • Addressing guest inquiries or issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Communicating regularly with managers and staff to flag challenges and brainstorm improvements
  • Helping implement new procedures or service enhancements as we evolve and grow
  • Pitching in for special projects, guest events, or last-minute changes with a flexible mindset
