What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sales Executive:

    • Connect with potential clients, explain our services, and close deals that help businesses grow.
    • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
    • Work collaboratively with your team to smash monthly sales targets—and celebrate those victories!
  • Customer Service & Call Center Agent:

    • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring every client feels heard and supported.
    • Resolve customer concerns with patience and a personal touch.
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions using our easy-to-learn systems.
    • Share feedback and ideas to help us continually improve our service.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (sales, customer service, or call center).
    • Currently residing in Dubai and ready to start soon.
    • Strong communication skills in English (extra languages are a plus!).
    • A customer-first attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience working in the UAE market.
    • Familiarity with CRM software or call center technology.
