About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to become part of a bustling household, truly making a difference in the everyday flow of family life? We’re searching for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our home in Al Niyadat, Al Ain — someone who loves the satisfaction of a well-kept home and takes pride in supporting a close-knit family with two young children. If you have a keen eye for cleanliness and enjoy the occasional laughter and lively chaos that comes with kids, you might be the perfect fit for us. This role begins with a one-month trial, but for the right person, there’s plenty of room to grow and even become a long-term member of the family.

About the Family

We're an Arab family living in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, where tradition and warmth meet a dash of modern buzz. Meal times are important to us, and you’ll often find us chatting away in the kitchen or gathering for a quick tea break after school runs. Our home is a space where everyone pitches in, but we’re looking for someone special to help things run a bit more smoothly—someone who will quickly feel less like staff and more like a valuable part of our routine. We value reliability, respect, and building trust; and, for someone who clicks with us, opportunities for a long-term arrangement or residency sponsorship are open.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping the home sparkling clean and organized—there’s something incredibly satisfying about stepping into freshly made beds and gleaming floors!
  • Lending a hand in the kitchen: prepping, chopping, or assisting with meal preparations (if you have favorite recipes, don’t be shy to share).
  • Looking after and engaging with our two children—a mix of simple supervision, homework help, and light playtime activities.
  • Managing laundry: washing, folding, ironing, and making sure uniforms and outfits are ready to go.
  • Occasionally running small errands or helping with grocery organization when needed.
  • Being available to start immediately and embracing a flexible, can-do attitude.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience as a housekeeper, nanny, or in a similar role within a family home.
  • Genuine affection for children and patience for their (sometimes unpredictable!) schedules.
  • Trustworthiness and attention to detail—show us you notice the small things.
  • Ability to cook basic meals or willingness to learn family favorites.
  • Willingness to commit to a one-month trial period.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Arab or multicultural families.
  • Basic spoken Arabic or English for easy communication.
  • Initiative—if you spot something that needs doing, you’re on it.
  • Flexible attitude and readiness for varied daily routines.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Salary of AED1400 for the trial month, with the real possibility of a salary increase if things go well.
  • For standout performance, a residency permit and a stable, long-term role could be yours.
  • Supportive, respectful family that values trust and treats you as one of their own.
  • Modern 3-bedroom flat in central Al Ain—easy to reach, with plenty of amenities nearby.
  • No strictly clocked shifts—just a commitment to being part of the family’s rhythm.
  • Sincere appreciation for your work, plus the chance for bonus treats (think: an extra sweet after dinner, or a warm thank-you note when you least expect it).

If you’re looking for more than just a job—perhaps a place where your care and hard work truly matter—this could be the perfect next step. We’re ready to welcome you on board.
