About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever find satisfaction in making a space truly sparkle? As a Male Cleaner for a private villa in Al Ain, you’ll play a central role in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone who calls this home. We’re looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented—someone who knows that a tidy space is more than just appearances, it’s the atmosphere that sets the tone for daily life. If you take pride in a job well done, and want stability and support, this could be your next opportunity.
About the Family & Villa
This isn’t a massive staff operation or a faceless company—it’s a caring household looking for a trustworthy team member. The villa is located in Al Ain, offering a peaceful and respectful working environment. The family values kindness, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. You’ll find they appreciate honest communication and enjoy celebrating cultural diversity (and yes, you can expect occasional shared meals and friendly chats).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the villa, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and, when needed, polish floors inside and around the villa
- Dust, wipe, and care for furniture, fixtures, and windows—making sure every corner smiles
- Remove trash, replace liners, and ensure waste is taken out regularly
- Handle occasional laundry and ironing tasks as requested
- Report any maintenance issues (leaky pipes, broken lights—you know the kind)
- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure the villa is always at its best
- Respect privacy and maintain high standards of confidentiality at all times
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous cleaning experience in a home, hotel, or similar environment
- Filipino or Nepali nationality (for visa and sponsorship needs)
- Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of cleaning
- Honest, reliable, and courteous—someone the family can count on
- Able to communicate basic instructions in English or Arabic
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in villas or private households
- Familiarity with common cleaning products and equipment
- Good sense of humor or a friendly story to share (always a plus)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Sometimes the best fit is someone willing to learn.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Monthly salary of AED 1,500—paid on time, every month
- Comfortable accommodation provided
- Air ticket home every two years—because family matters
- Comprehensive medical insurance for your peace of mind
- Respectful, family-like working atmosphere (where small gestures go a long way)
- Stability and security—this is a long-term, trust-based role
- Opportunities to learn new skills or traditions (and maybe pick up a recipe or two!)
This is a role where your reliability and care are truly valued. If you take pride in a job well done and want to feel appreciated, you’ll feel right at home here.
