About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it takes to keep a busy family running smoothly in the heart of downtown Dubai? We're currently looking for a dedicated Housemaid/Nanny to join our family in lively Business Bay. If you enjoy the rhythm of family life and take pride in providing warm, reliable support with kids, cooking, and cleaning, this opportunity could be just the change you're looking for. Your skills and care will help create a happy, safe, and organized home environment — and you’ll find yourself a valued member of our little team.
About the Family
We’re a vibrant, multicultural household based right in Business Bay with a bustling work-life routine — think early school runs, after-school snacks, and evenings spent catching up. Our values are centered on respect, trust, and mutual support (and an honest love for good food!). We believe everyone contributes to our home, and that includes you. You’ll feel included and appreciated, not just hired as help. We celebrate small wins, enjoy lighthearted conversations, and believe that laughter really does make the best background noise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cooking simple, healthy meals for the children and family (your signature dish is always welcome!)
- Cleaning and maintaining order in all living spaces — think tidy rooms, fresh laundry, and sparkling kitchens
- Caring for the kids with kindness and attention, whether it’s homework help or playing games
- Supporting bedtime and morning routines
- Running light errands within the building or immediate neighborhood, when needed
- Communicating openly with parents about kids’ needs or household supplies — being proactive is always appreciated
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience as a housemaid and/or nanny, preferably with families in the UAE
- Confidence in household cleaning and laundry
- Ability to cook a range of basic, nutritious meals
- Warm, dependable, and patient personality
- Currently residing anywhere in the UAE (all nationalities welcome!)
- Respect for privacy and attention to detail
- Willingness to work with a flexible, family-driven schedule
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with children of various ages
- Understanding of basic first aid
- Ability to speak English or Arabic for smooth communication
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 2,000 – 2,700 per month, depending on experience and skills
- Free visa sponsorship and comfortable accommodation provided
- Weekly day off, so you can rest and recharge
- All meals included while on duty
- Supportive, welcoming environment where you’re treated as part of the family

We know our home is only as happy as the people who care for it — and we’re excited to welcome someone who wants to feel at home here, too.
