About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever considered what it takes to keep a hotel running shipshape behind the scenes? If you’re someone who notices the little things and takes pride in making spaces sparkle, you might be just who we’re looking for. We’re hiring a Housekeeping Attendant in Dubai—a critical role where your efforts directly impact our guests’ comfort and first impressions. With a competitive package and a work environment that values diligence, this is more than just a cleaning job; it’s a chance to be part of a dedicated hospitality team.
About the Company
Picture a hotel where guests return not just for the city’s bright skyline, but for the genuine warmth and immaculate spaces that greet them each time. That’s what we strive for every day. Our team is a mix of seasoned professionals and newcomers, all united by a shared pride in creating a welcoming environment. We believe in teamwork, mutual respect, and supporting each other—AJ, one of our supervisors, is famous for remembering everyone’s birthday (there’s usually cake in the staff room). We’re steadily growing, but our commitment to caring for both our guests and our team never wavers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms to the highest standards, making sure every detail is guest-ready
- Replenishing towels, linens, toiletries, and minibar items—guests notice when these little touches are perfect
- Reporting any maintenance issues (leaky faucet? Flickering light? You’re our eyes on the ground)
- Following safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues alike
- Helping out in common areas—lobby, corridors, sometimes even lending a hand with laundry
- Responding to guest requests with efficiency and a smile
- Supporting your teammates when the hotel is bustling (and celebrating when the work is done)
What You’ll Bring
- A strong work ethic—you show up on time and get things done, even on busy days
- Attention to detail—from spotless mirrors to neatly made beds
- A positive, respectful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to lift, bend, and stay on your feet for most of the shift
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in hotels or housekeeping is a plus, but if you’re eager to learn, training will be provided
- Basic conversational English
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED2000 per month, paid on time every time
- Visa, accommodation, and transportation provided—no need to worry about commutes or rent
- All benefits as per UAE labor law, including annual leave and health coverage
- Warm, supportive team environment (we look out for each other, especially newcomers)
- Opportunity to gain valuable hospitality experience—many teammates have grown into senior roles over time
- Staff canteen with discounted meals (and, honestly, great chai breaks)
We take pride in our clean spaces and happy guests, but we care just as much about the people who create them. If you’re resourceful, reliable, and ready to join a place where every effort is noticed, you’ll fit right in.
