About the Company

We’re a well-established recruitment agency known for matching trustworthy, hardworking individuals with families and hospitality teams that truly appreciate what you do. Our clients range from busy professionals looking for someone to keep their homes running smoothly, to restaurants and kitchens that value every helping hand. You’ll find a sense of respect and community here — whether it’s a quick chat over chai in the staff kitchen, or celebrating a job well done together at the end of the week. We believe in clear communication, fair treatment, and helping you feel at home, no matter which role you step into.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping homes and spaces sparkling: Regular cleaning, dusting, sweeping, and laundry duties to make sure everything is fresh and tidy.

  • Supporting the kitchen team: Washing, chopping, and basic food prep; assisting cooks with meal prep and keeping the kitchen organized.
  • Laundry and ironing: Handling clothing and linens with care — because everyone loves a crisp, clean shirt.
  • Running errands: Sometimes, you’ll be asked to pick up groceries or other household essentials.
  • Creating a warm, safe environment: Your attention and care will help families and teams feel comfortable and cared for.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in cleaning, childcare, or kitchen work: Even if it’s informal — we value practical know-how.
  • Good communication skills: English, Hindi, Tagalog, or another language — being able to connect and understand instructions is key.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work live-in or live-out, and to adjust to changing schedules or duties as needed.
  • Respect for privacy and boundaries: Families and teams trust you to be discreet and professional.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
