About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about joining a family—not just as an employee, but as someone who truly becomes part of the daily heartbeat of a home? We’re searching for a dedicated and caring Housemaid/Nanny to live with us in Al Ain (Asharej). If you’ve ever wished for a stable, long-term role where your commitment and reliability truly matter, this might just be the right fit for you.
About Us
We’re a close-knit family—lively, a little bit noisy, and always learning as we go (especially with a newborn in the house!). Our home is a place where kindness matters more than perfection, and where everyone pitches in—whether helping with bath time, story time, or just sharing a laugh after a long day. We value honesty, open communication, and a genuine love for children. If you appreciate a warm, respectful environment where your efforts will never go unnoticed, you’re in the right place.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Caring for our energetic young daughter and cuddly newborn, supporting their everyday routines and needs
- Assisting with feeding, bathing, changing, and settling the baby—sometimes on a schedule, sometimes improvising!
- Helping keep the house tidy and organized—think dishes, laundry, sweeping, and the occasional toy clean-up mission
- Pitching in with meal prep or grocery lists as needed (if you have a favorite family recipe, we’re all ears)
- Supporting the family’s rhythm—jumping in where help is needed most, with a flexible, team-player spirit
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience caring for both newborns and young children
- Genuine honesty: we want someone our family can trust without hesitation
- A responsible attitude, especially when it comes to routines, safety, and household tasks
- Serious interest in a live-in arrangement and long-term commitment (stability really matters to us)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic cooking skills—bonus points if you love whipping up child-friendly meals
- Ability to speak either Arabic or English
- References from previous families
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Live-in accommodation in a comfortable, family-friendly home
- All meals provided—plus plenty of coffee and snacks
- Respect for your time and space (we’re big believers in fair breaks and private downtime)
- Warm, welcoming atmosphere—where you’re appreciated as a real member of the family
- Opportunity for a long-term, stable role without constant job-hunting
If you’re looking for more than just a job—a place where your presence genuinely matters—you might have just found your next home.
