What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for HVAC, Fire Fighting, and related Building Systems — your estimates will set the stage for successful projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate the supply and application of materials, ensuring everything arrives on time and meets our quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and resolve technical queries firsthand.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless technical coordination and communication.
  • Develop and review AutoCAD drawings and layouts, bringing your design ideas to life while ensuring they align with UAE standards.
  • Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender and procurement processes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UAE regulations and best practices, ensuring every project exceeds compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during installation and commissioning phases.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/MEP engineering, ideally within the UAE market.
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and industry norms.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for HVAC and MEP system design.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing BOQ and technical quotations.
  • Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
  • Solid communication skills and a knack for building effective relationships on-site and with suppliers.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with fire fighting system design and coordination.
  • Familiarity with other MEP software tools or BIM platforms.
  • UAE driving license.
