Responsibilities

As a Laundry Cleaner, your primary focus will be to ensure that all laundry items are handled with care and efficiency. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Washing: Operating washing machines and handling different types of fabrics according to their specific cleaning requirements.
• Drying: Managing dryers and monitoring cycles to prevent damage, shrinkage, or color fading.
• Folding: Skillfully folding clothes, linens, and other items, ensuring they are presented neatly and meet the company’s quality standards.
• Sorting: Separating laundry by color, fabric, and washing instructions before cleaning to maintain fabric integrity.
• Quality Control: Inspecting each item for stains, damage, or incomplete cleaning, and taking necessary steps to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the work area, machines, and equipment clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Efficiency: Working within set timelines to ensure prompt service delivery to clients.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of laundry processes — familiarity with washing, drying, and folding techniques.
• Physical stamina — ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Reliability and punctuality — a strong work ethic and consistent attendance are essential.
• Attention to detail — keen eye for spotting stains, sorting fabrics properly, and delivering high-quality results.
• Team player — willingness to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated individuals.

Work Schedule

• Shift Duration: 10 hours per day
• Days Off: 1 day off per week, providing time to rest and recharge
