What You’ll Be Doing

  • Craft and publish property listings that capture imaginations—and real buyers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to keep listings competitive and accurate.
  • Liaise daily with landlords, property owners, and potential clients—communication is your superpower.
  • Arrange high-impact property viewings and follow up with prospects.
  • Ensure all listings are up-to-date across assorted property portals and marketing channels.
  • Work closely with our sales agents to provide them with current and compelling listing info.
  • Keep meticulous records, reports, and documentation (yes, the details count).
  • Stay current on Abu Dhabi’s fast-evolving property laws, regulations, and trends.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Listing Specialist in the UAE real estate market.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong communication skills in speaking and writing.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate landscape, especially Al Nahyan.
  • Sharp organizational skills and a genuine flair for clear, persuasive listings.
  • Confident, client-friendly, and highly proactive in all outreach.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with leading property listing portals in the UAE.
  • Experience using CRM software specific to real estate.
