About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself looking at a complex operation and immediately spotting ten ways to make it work more smoothly? If you’ve got a knack for bringing order to the bustle of manufacturing, this Manager Assistant role at our trailer factory in Al Madam, Sharjah might be exactly what you’re after. Here’s your chance to step into a dynamic support role—working side-by-side with factory leadership to keep everything on track, every day.

About the Company

We’re a hands-on, fast-growing player in the trailer manufacturing scene, fueled by a down-to-earth, no-nonsense team spirit. Around here, we don’t just punch the clock—we take pride in building something real, one weld at a time. Factory life at Al Madam is lively: think teamwork over titles, open communication, and the kind of practical ingenuity that keeps the wheels (literally) turning. If you appreciate colleagues who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Factory Manager in daily operations—everything from urgent scheduling matters to those not-so-glamorous but crucial admin tasks.
  • Keeping meticulous records, organizing paperwork, and managing document flow so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
  • Assisting with coordination between departments, ensuring materials, resources, and people are at the right place at the right time.
  • Handling correspondence (calls, emails, memos)—you’ll be the connective tissue between internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Maintaining office supplies and supporting HR processes such as staff attendance and leave records.
  • Occasionally stepping onto the shop floor or hopping in your car for errands, deliveries, or site checks as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • At least 2 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or factory setting.
    • Valid UAE driving license (this one’s a must, not a maybe).
    • Sharp organizational and time management skills—you thrive on to-do lists and don’t let details slip through the cracks.
    • Confident with MS Office, document management, and general office software.
    • Strong written and spoken English skills (Arabic is a bonus).
    • A proactive, can-do attitude—you have a reputation for stepping in, fixing problems, and asking the right questions.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Previous experience working in trailer or heavy vehicle manufacturing.
    • Familiarity with basic HR or payroll processes.
    • Comfort navigating between the office and shop floor—some days are spent at your desk, others out in the action.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary with opportunities to grow into larger roles as the company expands.
  • Company-provided transportation or mileage allowance for work-related errands.
  • Supportive team atmosphere—everyone knows your name and has your back.
  • Real influence: your ability to streamline processes and keep things organized makes a visible impact every day.
  • Weekly breakfasts and end-of-month team lunches—a little camaraderie goes a long way.
  • Al Madam location means no city congestion, and a more relaxed daily commute.

We value energy, reliability, and a desire to contribute—this is a place where attention to detail and a willingness to get involved are noticed and appreciated. If you’re looking for a role where your effort makes a difference beyond paperwork, come join our team in Sharjah.
