What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Factory Manager in daily operations—everything from urgent scheduling matters to those not-so-glamorous but crucial admin tasks.
- Keeping meticulous records, organizing paperwork, and managing document flow so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
- Assisting with coordination between departments, ensuring materials, resources, and people are at the right place at the right time.
- Handling correspondence (calls, emails, memos)—you’ll be the connective tissue between internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Maintaining office supplies and supporting HR processes such as staff attendance and leave records.
- Occasionally stepping onto the shop floor or hopping in your car for errands, deliveries, or site checks as needed.
What You’ll Bring

- At least 2 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or factory setting.
- Valid UAE driving license (this one’s a must, not a maybe).
