About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself solving tricky site problems before your first coffee? If you know your way around bustling construction sites and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, this role could be your next big move. We’re on the lookout for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to join our close-knit team here on Electra Street in Abu Dhabi. If ensuring the flawless execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works is your specialty—and you’re energized by a dynamic, hands-on environment—you might just feel right at home with us.

About the Company

We’re a dedicated maintenance services firm rooted in the heart of Abu Dhabi City, where relationships come first and quality never takes a back seat. Our growth has been powered by a team that’s as committed to craft as they are to camaraderie—don’t be surprised if you find yourself swapping site stories over karak at lunch. Our days are fast-paced, our standards are high, and our culture revolves around mutual respect and learning from each project. No one’s just a number here; everyone’s ideas (and good humor) are welcome.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works are carried out safely and according to plan.
  • Coordinating between engineers, subcontractors, and clients—making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
  • Monitoring progress and quality of works, addressing hiccups before they become headaches.
  • Guiding and mentoring on-site technicians, troubleshooting technical snags and ensuring work meets our standards.
  • Conducting regular safety checks and ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.
  • Preparing and updating daily site reports—your attention to detail will keep projects on track and clients in the loop.
  • Collaborating on solutions for any unforeseen MEP challenges (the fun part, some say).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Solid experience as an MEP Site Supervisor, ideally within the UAE.
  • Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate site teams, especially under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills—whether you’re talking to an engineer, a subcontractor, or a client.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, health and safety protocols.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with maintenance contracts in residential or commercial settings.
  • Fluency in more than one language (always helpful in our multicultural team).
  • A certification or degree related to mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and regular reviews—hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
  • Supportive team culture where sharing tips and lending a hand are part of daily life.
  • Opportunities for learning and professional growth through real, onsite experience in a busy urban market.
  • Convenient location on Electra Street—close to the action, easily accessible by public transport.
  • Occasional team lunches and after-work gatherings, because we believe in celebrating our wins together.
  • Stability and security in a company that’s invested in the long term and committed to your career.

At the end of the day, you’ll know your work matters—to our clients, to the city, and to a team that counts on you. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make a meaningful impact, let’s connect.
