What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out electrical repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting — whether it’s flickering lights or mystery power outages, you’re the go-to
- Jumping into basic plumbing installations (think leak repairs, fitting fixtures, and maintaining water systems)
- Handling routine preventive maintenance on MEP systems, making sure things stay smooth before problems start
- Responding to urgent calls, assessing the problem, and getting hands-on to resolve issues efficiently
- Completing general repairs and maintenance—you never know what you might be called to fix next, and that’s half the fun
- Working independently or as part of a close-knit team, always putting safety and quality first
- Communicating professionally with clients and colleagues — sometimes explaining technical solutions in plain language
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 3 years’ experience working with MEP systems in the UAE (local know-how is a must)
- Strong skills across electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
- Flexibility and readiness for immediate site work around the UAE
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable work ethic and strong sense of responsibility
- Currently residing in the UAE
Nice-to-Haves
- Vocational certifications or trade qualifications relevant to MEP works
- Dubai Municipality or similar approvals
- Familiarity with HVAC systems or carpentry skills
