About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself wishing you had an extra pair of hands (or two) when it comes to childcare and keeping your home sparkling? We’re on the lookout for a caring, attentive nanny and cleaner who can bring warmth and energy into our household. If you have a valid visa, a knack for connecting with toddlers, and a genuine love for both children and a tidy home, you might be just who our family needs. With twin kids almost two years old, every day is full of little adventures—and we’d love someone to help guide them, play with them, and keep their environment safe and welcoming.
About Us
We’re a small family living in a cozy one-bedroom apartment in the Rabdan area. Life with twins is lively, sometimes chaotic, but always filled with laughter and learning. Our home is our sanctuary, and we put a premium on kindness, trust, and good communication. You’ll find us friendly and straightforward, and we believe in creating a work environment that respects your time and talents (plus, a good sense of humor goes a long way here).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take loving care of our twin toddlers: feeding, bathing, and making sure they’re always clean and comfortable
- Engage with them in fun, age-appropriate activities that spark creativity and learning
- Support the kids as they discover new words, skills, and joys each day
- Keep a close watch to ensure their safety at all times—whether they’re playing or napping
- Keep the apartment tidy and organized: cleaning floors, kitchen, bathroom, and handling laundry as needed
- Tidy up after playtime and meal times so the spaces are always ready for the next adventure
- Communicate openly with us about how the kids are doing or anything the home needs
- Work from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm, six days a week, with one day off to rest and recharge
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- A valid visa or permit to work (please note, this is essential)
- Experience taking care of young children, ideally with multiple kids or twins
- Genuine passion for both parenting and housekeeping tasks
- Enthusiasm for playing with kids and introducing them to new things
- Ability to keep up with energetic toddlers and maintain a clean environment
- Trustworthiness, reliability, and a patient personality
Nice-to-Haves
- Basic English or another language to help broaden our twins’ world
- Previous work in a similar household setting
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: 900–1200 (depending on experience and skills)
- 1 day off every week—you deserve it!
- Supportive, respectful family who values your work and well-being
- Manageable one-bedroom home—no overwhelming cleaning chores
- A chance to build a bond with two sweet toddlers and see them grow under your care
We believe a happy home starts with a team that feels valued and appreciated. If you're ready to join our family and make a difference each day, let's connect.
