About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined what it takes to truly make a difference in a household—where every day brings new challenges, little victories, and the rewarding chaos of caring for growing minds? We’re currently searching for an experienced Nani (preferably of Filipino or Indian nationality) to join our family in Sharjah, Rahmaniyah. If you have a compassionate heart and a background in caring for twins and supporting individuals with special needs, this is a home where your skills, patience, and attention will be especially valued.
About Our Family
Ours is a lively, multicultural household where every day is unique. Our twin children fill the home with energy and curiosity, and one of them requires extra care and support. We prioritize warmth, clear communication, and understanding in everything we do—a place where everyone’s efforts are appreciated and every family member (big or small) is celebrated. While you’ll be an employee, you’ll truly become part of the family: think shared laughter over meals, team spirit on outings, and togetherness during everyday routines.

- Accompanying and supervising the children on trips, school drop-offs/pick-ups, and family outings.
- Maintaining open, proactive communication with parents about each child’s progress and needs.
