About Us

We’re a small, close-knit family who believes that love, respect, and kindness are at the heart of a happy household. Our days are lively but grounded in routine, and we genuinely value open communication and trust with everyone who joins our circle. You’ll find us sharing laughs over evening tea and celebrating little milestones together—no occasion is too small. While we take pride in a tidy, organized home, we know that real life sometimes means messy moments and learning as we go. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide attentive, nurturing care to our newborn, including feeding, changing, soothing, and playtime
  • Monitor the baby’s daily routines, pick up on their cues, and adapt as their needs change
  • Handle light household chores—think tidying up, laundry, and keeping common areas organized
  • Prepare simple, healthy meals for the family (and maybe try new recipes together!)
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for our child at all times
  • Be open to learning new skills or approaches as our family grows and needs evolve
  • Communicate openly with us about your observations, suggestions, or any concerns

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience caring for infants (newborns especially appreciated)
  • A patient, gentle, and loving approach—children feel safe with you
  • Willingness to help with household chores beyond childcare
  • Ability to work independently and manage time well
  • Valid personal visa to work in Dubai
  • Respectful attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with early childhood development or first aid training
  • Comfort with simple home cooking or an eagerness to learn
  • Basic conversational English or another language spoken in our home

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Stable, long-term role where you become part of the family
  • Supportive, respectful environment—your well-being matters to us
  • Flexible time-off when needed and understanding of personal commitments
  • Fair pay and prompt, transparent communication
  • Opportunity to grow your skills and feel truly valued for your care
  • Located in Al Nahda, Dubai—easy access and a safe neighborhood
