About Us
We’re a diverse, fast-paced business operating right in the heart of Dubai’s ever-active Al Quoz Industrial Area. What sets us apart? Our team is friendly, tight-knit, and takes genuine pride in supporting each other — whether it’s grabbing chai together during a quick break or celebrating end-of-month wins. We built our workplace on respect and trust, and our workdays are flavored with teamwork and the hum of growth. Change is normal here, so if you like days that don’t all look exactly the same, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering phone calls with a helpful and professional tone — you may become the familiar voice clients rely on.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers or visitors; sometimes it’s about the small things, like offering a seat or a smile.
- Handling daily office tasks, from filing documents and preparing reports to processing basic paperwork.
- Liaising between teams, making sure communication flows smoothly and everyone has what they need.
- Supporting management with scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and following up on action items.
- Ensuring the reception or front desk area stays tidy, welcoming, and organized — because first impressions count.
- Occasionally handling urgent office needs that pop up (and they do!), so a can-do attitude will take you far.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Good spoken English for office communication (Urdu, Hindi, or Nepali also valuable).
- Previous office experience is a plus, but more important is your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfort with phone etiquette and basic computer skills (emails, Word, Excel).
- Visa requirement: You currently hold your own visa or have a cancelled visa with at least three weeks remaining.
- Flexibility to start immediately and work the 9 AM – 5 PM weekday shift.
- Preference for candidates from Asian backgrounds (Pakistan, India, Nepal) to support our strong community ties.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in a busy Dubai office environment.
- Confidence handling basic bookkeeping or petty cash.
- Past exposure to customer service, either in person or over the phone.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still like to hear from you. Sometimes the best fit is about attitude, not just lists.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

- Standard working hours (9–5, Sunday to Thursday), so your evenings and weekends are yours.

- Opportunities to build and expand your skills — we believe in giving people chances to prove themselves.
We welcome people who like to roll up their sleeves and find satisfaction in a well-run office. If you appreciate respect, connection, and having a workplace that feels a bit like home, this could be a great match.
