About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the heartbeat of a busy office, helping everything run smoother while giving sales just the right boost? As our new Office Administrator cum Sales Assistant, you’ll wear several hats — seamlessly handling office operations and lending support to our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, solves problems on the fly, and loves making a real difference in both the daily flow and the bigger picture.

About the Company

We’re a small but ambitious business with a close-knit team that values both efficiency and friendliness. Most days, you’ll find us collaborating over shared goals (and sometimes shared lunches), celebrating little wins, and supporting each other in true team spirit. Our growth might not be measured in skyscrapers (yet), but we’re on an exciting uptrend — bringing in new clients and expanding our reach. Fridays, by the way, tend to end with coffee, laughter, and a quick debrief about what went well.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming visitors, answering calls, and making sure every guest gets a positive, professional first impression.
  • Assisting the sales team with quote preparations, invoicing, follow-ups, and keeping records organized and up to date.
  • Managing office supplies, maintaining files, and coordinating with vendors so that we never have those “we’re out of paper?” moments.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team — making sure everyone is where they need to be.
  • Liaising directly with customers, responding to inquiries, and helping resolve minor issues with care and efficiency.
  • Updating and maintaining sales databases and helping produce occasional reports for management review.
  • Stepping in to support company events or last-minute projects; we all pitch in where needed!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional organizational abilities — juggling multiple tasks doesn’t faze you.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general tech-savviness.
  • Confidence when dealing with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales-support role.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using CRM systems or sales software.
  • Comfort with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Fluency in more than one language.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Supportive, family-style team — you’re never just a number here.
  • Comfortable office environment, with flexible hours and occasional remote options as needed.
  • Opportunities for training, growth, and learning new things on the fly.
  • Regular team lunches, office celebrations, and plenty of encouragement to bring your ideas to the table.
  • Clear pathways for advancement as our business continues to grow.

If you’re looking for a place where your contributions are seen, your ideas matter, and no two days are exactly the same, you might just find yourself right at home with us.
