About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself being the steady hand that keeps an office ticking? We’re looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai—someone who brings order to the everyday, who believes in the power of a well-organized file cabinet, and knows that a smoothly-run workplace makes everyone’s day better. With a salary of AED2200 and the full support of a friendly team, this is a chance to get your foot in the door in a city where every day’s a little bit different. Ready to put your practical skills to work in a bustling office environment?
About the Company
Picture an energetic team at the heart of Dubai’s commercial hub. We’re not just coworkers—we collaborate closely, share the occasional lunch, and never miss celebrating birthdays (cake is serious business here!). Growth is part of our story; we value fresh perspectives and practical solutions over fancy titles, and everyone’s contribution counts. Whether you’re joining in on a team brainstorming session or helping to set up for a monthly staff lunch, you’ll feel right at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling daily office support tasks, from filing paperwork to keeping our records up-to-date
- Assisting staff: running small errands, making copies, and helping colleagues with simple tech needs
- Updating spreadsheets and entering basic data with care and accuracy
- Answering phones, replying to email inquiries, and always greeting visitors with a friendly smile
- Keeping office supplies organized, tracking inventory, and reordering when needed
- Making sure common areas stay tidy—yes, that sometimes means overseeing the coffee supplies!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Basic computer knowledge—if you can type, save files, and know your way around email, you’re off to a great start
- Good communication skills—you like making sure everyone is in the loop
- Attention to detail when it comes to data entry and filing
- Willingness to pitch in wherever help is needed
- Ability to follow simple instructions and learn on the job
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in an office or similar environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Multilingual skills—Dubai is wonderfully diverse, after all!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Visa, accommodation, and transportation provided—so you can focus on your work, not your commute or housing
- Paid annual leave to recharge, plus all benefits as per UAE labor law
- Supportive team culture—someone is always happy to show you the ropes or share a tip
- Affordable cafeteria options and regular staff lunches (you’ll never work through lunch hour here)
- A chance to grow: we encourage learning and always notice when someone goes the extra mile
We’re a workplace where everyone matters and small contributions are celebrated. If you’re looking for stability, teamwork, and the satisfaction of making things run smoothly, this could be the place for you.
