What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day operations for our property management, typing & travel divisions
- Leading staff across the office with approachable, clear direction
- Following up on pending business matters, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Communicating with tenants — answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure everyone feels heard
- Managing collections and ensuring timely payments
- Coordinating and monitoring property maintenance requests, from leaky faucets to full-scale repairs
- Handling office administration: schedules, documentation, and keeping processes running smoothly
- Ensuring compliance with UAE property and labor regulations
- Jumping in to tackle operational challenges as they come up (no ivory towers here — we’re all hands-on!)
- Reporting directly to senior management with concise, actionable updates
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in operations or property management (you know how fast things can move!)
- Strong sense of accountability and natural follow-up instincts
- Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
- UAE driving license (or in progress) — field visits will be part of the job
- Proficient communicator (English essential; Arabic a plus)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities gracefully
- Team leadership skills — you can coach, delegate, and set the tone
- Comfort with basic office tech (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing or collaborating with service providers (maintenance, legal, collection agencies, etc.)
- A knack for smoothing over tough conversations — with staff, tenants, or third parties
- Formal training in business administration or hospitality management
