What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate packaging lines, ensuring that every fruit meets our quality and safety standards
- Gently sort, wash, and prepare fruits as guided by our skilled supervisors
- Pack products accurately, labeling and sealing to retain peak freshness
- Maintain a tidy workspace, joining your team in daily cleaning routines — teamwork makes the process smooth
- Assist in checking and monitoring machine settings, reporting any glitches straight away
- Learn and adopt the latest fruit handling techniques, with plenty of hands-on training
- Follow hygienic and safety protocols rigorously — your health and our customers’ satisfaction are both top priorities
- Support teammates during peak shifts; sometimes you’ll rotate between roles to keep things lively
