About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Looking to jumpstart your career in Dubai’s vibrant food industry? Here’s a sweet opportunity (pun intended): We're searching for dedicated Packaging Workers and Assistants to join a well-established chocolate and confectionery packaging factory in Al Quoz. If you’ve ever wondered what it takes to get those beautifully wrapped treats onto store shelves, this is your chance to see the process up close — and play a key part in it. With immediate start dates and competitive salaries, you’ll be stepping into a workplace that values consistency, care, and craft.

About the Company

This isn’t just any packaging facility; it’s the backstage crew for some of the best-loved chocolates enjoyed across the UAE. The team here takes pride in every box, ribbon, and label, knowing their work adds the finishing touch to every celebration and gift. You’ll find a diverse staff who look out for one another, management that believes in fair treatment, and a “let’s get it done together” attitude. The environment is energetic — especially during the holiday rush — but laughter is a staple, and shared snacks during breaks are just part of the daily routine. Plus, accommodation is sorted, so you can focus on learning the ropes and bringing your best every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carefully wrapping, boxing, or bagging a variety of chocolates and sweets — with quality always top of mind
  • Inspecting packaged items for accuracy and addressing minor defects before they reach customers
  • Assisting with machine loading, basic equipment operation, or minor maintenance checks
  • Stacking finished packages onto pallets or trolleys, making sure the workspace and storage areas stay neat
  • Keeping up with production targets while maintaining steady teamwork and communication
  • Pitching in to help colleagues during the inevitable rushes or when learning new processes
  • Following hygiene and safety standards — because chocolate may be fun, but cleanliness is non-negotiable

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Serious attitude and strong sense of commitment — this isn’t a role for clock-watchers
  • Willingness and ability to work as part of a team (you’ll be leaning on each other at busy times)
  • Physical stamina — some lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks are part of the package
  • Positive attitude towards shift work and handling occasional work pressure

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in food packaging or manufacturing
  • Basic English or Arabic communication skills for smoother teamwork
  • Eagerness to pick up new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Stable monthly salary from AED2500 to AED3500, scaled to your experience and skills
  • Company-provided accommodation — a huge plus for newcomers to Dubai
  • Supportive colleagues and approachable supervisors who remember birthdays and milestones
  • A workplace built on reliability and routine: if you value consistency, you’ll feel right at home
  • Opportunity for overtime during seasonal peaks, for those interested in boosting earnings
  • Exposure to Dubai’s growing food and beverage industry, with real hands-on skills to add to your CV
  • Regular breaks (with complimentary refreshments — yes, sometimes even a taste-test!)

It’s more than just a paycheck — it’s a steady job where your reliability is noticed, your hard work matters, and a bit of chocolate always brightens even the busiest shift.
