About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to roll up your sleeves and play a hands-on role in Dubai’s booming food industry? We’re on the lookout for dedicated male and female workers to join our meat packing and packaging team in bustling Jebel Ali. If you’re searching for steady work, a supportive environment, and a chance to grow with a company that values hard work, this might just be your next move.
About the Company
Nestled in the industrious heart of Jebel Ali, our factory has built a reputation for consistency, teamwork, and a strong sense of respect for every team member. We’re not a massive faceless corporation — think more “family business vibes,” where team lunches and shared accomplishments are genuinely celebrated. We value seriousness and discipline, but we never forget the importance of mutual support, whether you’re on your feet packing boxes or sharing a coffee during break. Our doors are open to those ready to give their best and keen to be part of something reliable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Packing and packaging various cuts of meat to quality and safety standards
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets — sometimes it’s a fast pace, but you’ll never be alone
- Inspecting products for quality, and flagging any that don’t meet our standards (we’re sticklers for detail!)
- Labelling and sealing packages, ensuring everything is clean, neat, and ready for delivery
- Keeping your work area clean and organized — hygiene is the backbone of what we do
- Pitching in wherever needed: from the cold rooms to the packing stations, everyone lends a hand when it counts
- Following all health and safety procedures (your safety is as important as the quality of our products)
What You’ll Bring
- Seriousness and discipline — someone who shows up, pitches in, and takes pride in reliable work
- Ability to stay focused, even when things get busy
- Willingness to work with a diverse team; good communication and a bit of patience go a long way here
- Comfort with physical work and being on your feet for most of the shift
- Previous packing, factory, or food handling experience is a plus, but not a must
Not sure if you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive monthly salary starting from AED2500 up to AED3500 (based on your experience and performance)
- Clean and stable work environment — consistency you can count on, shift after shift
- On-site accommodation provided — no stressful house-hunting in the city
- A culture of respect: managers here know your name, and your hard work is noticed
