What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all daily activities within the children’s play area, ensuring fun meets safety
- Leading and inspiring a small but mighty team—think of yourself as part coach, part cheerleader
- Greeting families and children, addressing parent questions, and resolving minor conflicts with a smile
- Checking and maintaining play equipment, arranging engaging group activities, and keeping the area spotless
- Responding quickly and calmly to any incidents, following established safety protocols
- Coordinating schedules and breaks for your team, making sure everyone’s set up for a great shift
- Providing feedback and ideas to make the center better (we love when our supervisors get creative!)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Experience supervising or managing play areas, children’s activities, or entertainment centers (even better if you’ve worn a few hats at once)
- Leadership skills—you know how to motivate a team and keep processes humming along
- Excellent customer service instincts, with a reassuring, approachable manner
- Valid UAE residence visa and your own private car for commuting
- Confidence in handling basic first-aid situations or emergencies
Nice-to-Haves
- Fluency in English and another language spoken locally
- Previous work in busy, family-friendly environments
