What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the daily charge: You’ll be the one organizing the team, assigning vehicles, and making sure every job that comes in is handled efficiently. Think of yourself as the conductor of a well-oiled orchestra, where every buffer and every cloth has its moment.
- Hands-on polishing and detailing: You won’t just be supervising from the sidelines. You’ll be right there in the thick of it, handling the trickier exterior polish jobs and ensuring the interior detailing meets our high standards.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:

- Exterior and interior expertise: You’re comfortable and skilled with exterior polishing, interior deep cleaning, and full detailing jobs. You’ve handled a variety of paint types and interior materials.
