What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day company operations while nurturing each department’s unique strengths and goals
- Planning and executing tailor-made weddings, events, and community activities down to the finest detail
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a diverse team, including delegating responsibilities and tracking progress
- Acting as the face of the business: building client relationships, uncovering their true wishes, and translating them into actionable, stunning event plans
- Coordinating and negotiating with trusted vendors and suppliers to ensure flawless execution (and the occasional last-minute rescue)
