What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching, shortlisting, and evaluating suppliers specializing in aluminum profiles, glass, and project accessories
- Gathering and comparing quotes, not just for price but for reliability, delivery timelines, and after-sales support
- Negotiating terms to secure the best combination of quality, cost, and service (think: “win-win” agreements, not just lowest bids)
- Coordinating purchase orders — making sure materials arrive on time, every time, to keep our projects moving
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both local and international suppliers
- Maintaining clear, up-to-date records of quotations, orders, and supplier performance (people count on your accuracy here!)
- Anticipating material needs by working closely with project managers and technical teams — no one likes last-minute surprises
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, new materials, and alternative suppliers to keep us competitive
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
