What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading multiple projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and understanding their real goals
- Strategizing with your team—setting clear priorities, anticipating challenges, and celebrating wins together
- Facilitating weekly team meetings and client check-ins, adapting plans as business needs shift
- Tracking project progress, preparing status updates, and removing roadblocks so your team can focus on what they do best
- Collaborating with other department heads to align resources and expertise where it matters most
