What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day operations for ongoing projects, ensuring everything runs on schedule and up to quality standards.
- Coordinating with designers, site supervisors, craftsmen, and suppliers—think of yourself as the glue that keeps creative and practical minds working together.
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision, and translating it into actionable project plans.
- Driving business development by identifying and securing new projects (and maybe even pitching a bold new idea or two).

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Several years of hands-on experience managing projects in the paints and/or interior design sector.

- Confident communicator, both in the office and on-site, with clients and teammates alike.
- Proven track record in project delivery, from concept to final walk-through.
