What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping a watchful eye on our stock levels; you’ll anticipate what’s needed before anyone else does
  • Actively researching and identifying promising new vendors and suppliers
  • Diligently tracking orders from placement all the way to delivery—so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Meticulously updating internal order records, noting dates, quantities, vendors, and negotiated discounts
  • Conducting ongoing market research to spot pricing trends and opportunities to save
  • Comparing vendor offers and engaging in friendly yet firm negotiations for the best possible value
  • Preparing thorough cost analyses so leadership can see the full picture

What You’ll Bring
