About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself curious about how everyday products get so consistently reliable? As a Quality Control Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to maintain top-notch standards. We’re seeking someone who doesn’t just spot the details but truly cares about making things right—especially during this crucial period of growth. If you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments and can join us on short notice in Ajman’s Al Jerf 2, this could be your next great move.
About the Company
Nestled in the industrious hub of Al Jerf 2, Ajman, our company has built its name on consistency, reliability, and teamwork. We’re proud of our roots—a tight-knit manufacturing crew that believes in hands-on problem-solving and open-door conversations. Fridays sometimes mean a quick team lunch to celebrate the week's wins, and our floor managers know everyone by name. We’re growing quickly, and that means room to make your mark, whether you’re fine-tuning a process or championing a smarter way to work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting regular inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure all meet company and industry quality standards.
- Collaborating with production staff to catch potential issues early, acting as a true partner rather than just an auditor.
- Documenting observations—and, yes, raising flags when things look off—so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Training junior operators on best practices and proper inspection techniques.
- Coordinating with the warehouse team on safe handling, storage, and transport of materials.
- Summarizing weekly quality findings for management; your reports will help guide critical decisions.
- Leading root-cause analysis sessions when quality issues arise, then following up to make sure fixes stick.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Recent hands-on experience in a Quality Control role (bonus points if it’s in a manufacturing setting).
- Solid knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures—think ISO, GMP, or similar frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, with the tact to handle sensitive feedback constructively.
- Immediate availability to join and valid presence in the UAE.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with local or regional manufacturing regulations.
- Comfort with basic digital reporting tools or spreadsheets.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary with overtime available for those late-shift heroes.
- Supportive, close-knit team that celebrates small and big wins together.
- Opportunity to drive real impact with visible results—what you do matters each day.
- Safe, well-equipped facility right in the heart of Ajman’s industrial zone.
- Direct mentorship from managers who value ideas, not just output.
- Room to grow—we’re expanding, and we love to promote from within.
Come be part of a team where your eye for detail isn’t just valued—it’s at the core of everything we do. At our company, quality isn’t just a box to tick; it’s our reputation. And we’d love for you to join us in upholding it.
