What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the daily operations involving domestic workers, ensuring every service meets our strict quality standards
- Providing guidance, support, and real-time coaching to team members—especially in high-pressure moments
- Acting as the go-to liaison between clients, domestic workers, and management to guarantee clear communication
- Handling conflict resolution quickly and diplomatically, always aiming for a positive outcome
- Regularly reviewing service procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and suggesting practical changes
- Conducting spot checks, audits, and service evaluations to ensure compliance with Tadbeer regulations
- Leading briefings and occasional training sessions to strengthen team understanding and morale
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Arab female (as required by center policy)
- Strong, confident personality capable of managing and motivating teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- An appreciation for the sensitive nature of domestic work and respect for everyone involved
- Solid problem-solving abilities, especially when it comes to resolving conflicts
